When I Was Reading This Article, It Touched My Heart All Over, I Was Diagnosed At 3 1/2 Months Old With Epilepsy, I Have Absence & Grandma Seizures (I think that's what their called not for sure). But This Article Was Telling Me In My Head that there's hope that its going to get better, I am now 17 and in High School And Homeschooled half the week because of the seizures, but this little girls article really touched me, because its hard going to school or anywhere and have one at because at school I get picked, laughed, and even mocked about them, and their not my fault but it makes me feel like it is , but I try and try to hold the tears back until I go home. But Amanda I Hope Everything Gets Better For You, And I Hope they Get Under controlled, but if I was you ask your neurologists about the "VNS" its Really Helpful,, Sincerely Cheyenne

I have a 2 year old son, JP, who has Dravet's. It is so comforting to read the stories of other families who are going through the same thing and who have older children who are doing so well. It give me hope.

After that wonderful warm goodbye hug I got from your precious daughter on Sunday, I found myself wishing I could have talked more with you that night about her and gotten to know her more! So, I went to your link to learn. What an amazing journey you've had. She is such a lovely, sweet girl. I will keep her in my prayers that a cure will someday be found!
